Originally, we came in to improve all the digital marketing efforts for Coldwell Banker Hallmark Realty. We soon realized that although all the online efforts were working and calls were starting to come in, the website was not converting any leads. That’s when we had the conversation with the general manager and made the decision to redesign and focus the website on converting all leads. This enables the brokerage to create a trickle effect, allowing the brokerage to direct the leads to specific agents based on the clients needs. With the help of the iHomefinder IDX, we were able to create a fully functioning and responsive website that was able to pull any listing from the MLS based on the MLS Boards the brokerage belongs to. It even has CTA’s built throughout the website that’s able to capture leads with various options such as: Request a Showing, Save Property, Request More Information, Contact Agent, and more. Needless to say, the website was fully optimized for our SEO efforts as well.
