Project 6GR makes premium forged and spun-forged wheels and sells directly to customers online. The store has to answer the questions a buyer would ask in a showroom: how the wheel looks on their car and whether it fits. A wheel design on its own doesn't show the setup a shopper is trying to picture.
Buyers need photos of actual cars with the wheel models and fitment specs for each setup. Keeping those details together lets someone examine a build rather than try to reconstruct it from an image. The same store also needs technical help for a visitor who's working through offset and backspacing before choosing wheels.
We had little data on the old store's performance. We needed to be able to track the new store's progress. Search and traffic records for the new store started at launch, so the search figures here measure growth after launch.
We designed and built the new store for its March 1, 2026 launch, with vehicle build galleries at the center. Each gallery shows a specific car, with photos, the wheel model and fitment specs on the same page. The galleries cover a wide range of vehicle platforms and makes.
SEO started right after launch. We added fitment guides one model line at a time to answer a common search question: "will it fit my car". By September, those guides accounted for 31% of organic search clicks to the site's pages.
The guides linked to relevant build galleries, wheel collections and the offset calculator. That gave a visitor somewhere to look at actual setups, compare wheel options or work through measurements after reading about their vehicle. We built those connections into the guides rather than leaving the reader at the end of an article.
Most organic visits came from phones, so photo-heavy pages needed to load quickly for mobile shoppers. Mobile page loads and mobile server response were both much faster than on the old site. We tuned for mobile first, since that's the device most search visitors used.
Giving each car its own page meant building for 27 vehicle platforms across 14 makes. The work continued after launch, with new tools and pages added to the store. The table records that build work separately from the search results.
The offset calculator handles offset and backspacing calculations for visitors checking wheel measurements. It's a practical companion to the guides, which link to it alongside the wheel collections and vehicle galleries. The calculator addresses the measurements, while the galleries show a setup on an actual car.
The dealer map shows international distributor locations, giving the store a separate place for that information. New product pages and video pages also went live after launch. We built pages for those products and videos alongside the galleries, rather than treating launch as the end of the web work.
Every page listed in the sitemap carried structured data in the verified inventory. That coverage included the added pages, not just the store's main catalog.

Someone comparing setups shouldn't have to save a photo and then hunt down the wheel specs. A build page keeps the car and its wheel setup together, so the photos and fitment details can be considered without leaving that build.

Each guide covers a model line and gives people a relevant page when they search for wheels for their car. Links to build galleries, wheel pages and the offset calculator help visitors explore suitable wheel setups, with different destinations for photos, wheel options and measurements.
