Not if it's done right. We map your existing URLs, content, and rankings before we touch anything and carry that structure into the new site with proper redirects. Every site we build also gets a working SEO foundation, so moving it later, to us or to someone else, doesn't start from zero.
Hosting is optional. If you already have a host, we build there. If you don't, we offer a dedicated server built for speed and security at $1,200 a year, billed annually. After your first year, you're free to move your hosting anywhere.
Every site we build includes basic accessibility as standard. If your business needs full ADA or WCAG compliance, we can build to that standard on request, since the right level of accessibility depends on your industry and audience.
You get thirty days of support at no extra cost to catch anything that needs adjusting once real traffic hits the site. After that, support is available at $125 an hour for changes or additions.
We can, if you want us to. Copy and photography are available as part of the build, or you can supply your own and we'll design around it. Either way, the site gets built with marketing in mind, not just visual design.
